She is survived by: her pet Daisy; her parents, Katie Belvin and Michael Belvin; her sister Charlotte Belvin; her grandparents, Debra, JB Belvin, Judy, Tom Gould, Retha Church and John Fletcher; her aunts and uncles, Lynsi, Drew Fletcher, Camie and Brent Belvin; and her cousins, Henry, Ezra Fletcher, Rowan and Kai Belvin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Children's Health Dallas - Child Life Department in Evie's name.
