He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Brooks; and his parents, Ernest John and Edith. He is survived by: his son Ernest Jr.; his daughter-in-law Joni of College Station; his daughter Nancy; his daughter-in-law Lisa of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Kayla, Brady, Ryan and Briyana; and his sister Jessie Sheppard of Mohawk. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to one of the following: American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
