He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Marie Pennington (Clay); his grandchildren, Chelsea Marie Hahn (Sam), Chandler Reed Pennington, Madison Elayne Pennington, Michael David Tyler, Danielle Elaine Tyler, Caleb Patrick Tyler, Allison Milligan, Patricia Milligan and Abigail Milligan; and his siblings, Esther Burroughs (Bob), Marjorie Knighton and Robert Milligan (Darlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
