He is survived by: his wife Sharon Balch; his children, Steven, Jeffrey (Ellen), Donald (Tammy) and Cindy; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Hunter, Rachel, Colton, Madelyn, Devon and Camryn; and his great grandchild Wesley.
