She is survived by: her husband William Higgins; her daughters, Ashley (Randall Wake), Jennifer (Owen Albright), Kerri (Michael Sandoval) and Kristina (Robert Bilberry); her grandchildren, Jesse Albright, Evelyn Bilberry, Emerson Bilberry, Emmaline Sandoval, Conri Wake and Gabriella Sandoval; her sister Sharon (David Sneed); and her nephew Tracy Lindsey (Cindy).
