He was predeceased by: his wife Terri Kurkjian; and his parents, Ed Kurkjian and Fern Kurkjian. He is survived by: his daughters, Christi Kurkjian, Debbie Kurkjian and Kati Kurkjian; and his sister Pam Kurkjian.
