He was predeceased by: his sisters, Gloria and Lisa. He is survived by: his wife Shawn Gantt; his children, Christina, Roslyn, Jasalynn, Amber and Amos III; his grandchildren, Dominic, Torrence, Elijah, Christian, Kaiden, Ryder, Damon, Amari, Avery and Moses; and his siblings, Willie Paul, Barbara, Mary Ann, Thelma and Carolyn.
A wake was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church (1020 S Sherman St, Richardson, TX 75081). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Missionary Baptist Church - McNeil (480 E Broadway St, McNeil, AR 71752). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the St. Matthews Cemetery - McNeil.
