He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Elms and Avis C. Elms. He is survived by: his children, Tommy and Heather; his wife Linda Elms; his sisters, Sherry Fulton and Debbie Ball; his stepsons, Lance and Cary; and his grandchildren, Hanna, Easton, Kira, Linda, Ryan, Lancia, Penelope and Fenton.
