He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ed and Cecilia Katherine Walkoviak Szymczak; and his siblings, James Szymczak, Rev. Joseph Szymczak, Theresa Szymczak, Florence Ogrodowicz, Marcella Reaves and Margaret Hoffart.
He is survived by: his nephews, Patrick, Tim Cliff, Frank, Cody and James Szymczak; and his siblings-in-law, Marcus Ray Reaves and Mary Jo Kennedy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
