He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Donald Whiteley; and his siblings, Michael Lynn Whiteley, Tammy Denise Hatcher and Brenda Lee Loungham. He is survived by: his mother Jean Eastman Whiteley; his wife Sharon Whiteley; his children, Jennifer Whitley, Jacob Whiteley and William Davis; his grandchildren, Hunter Whiteley and Benni Nulisch V; and his brothers, David Whiteley and Alvin Henson.
