Cuellar, Cynthia Cuellar and Sandra Cuellar Salas (Mike Salas); his siblings, Benito Cuellar (Ben), Teondona Munoz and Josefina Posada (Josie); and his grandchildren, Serena M. Cuellar, Jeremy J. Cuellar, Nicolas Ricardo Leija, Noah Rutherford, Baylee Salas, Joe Richard Cuellar Jr. (JJ), Arianna M. Cuellar, Angelina K. Arredondo, Sierra F. Cuellar, Marissa R. Rutherford, Zena Jade Hedgecock and Eveliyn Stephanie Ann Leija.
