With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Hale Russell of Rhome, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Thomas had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Thomas may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Dorothy Gene Russell (Key); and his siblings, Rodney Russell and Janice Keeney. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Russell; and his children, Tim Russell of Rhome, Scott Russell (Reka) of Garland, Mark Russell, Kelly of Tomball, Dawn Russell (Jack Barnhouse) and Tammie Russell (Mike) of Boyd. He is also survived by 16 grand children, numerous great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the El Gran Toritos (11665 Farm to Market Rd 730 N, Azle, TX 76020).
