He is survived by: his wife Mildred Bouldin of Rhome; his children, Misty Bouldin of Rhome, Kristy Hammons (Ronnie) of Decatur and Kevin Bouldin (Johnna) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Clayton Hammons, Chloe Hammons and Bryson Bouldin; and his sister Cordelia "Sissy" Foster of Decatur.
