He is survived by: his wife Amber Ortega of Rhome; his children, Frank Ortega, Jr. and Avery Ortega; his parents, Tim Ortega (Minerva) and Minerva Ortega; and his brothers, Tim Ortega, Jr. (Carol), Joel Ortega and Nathaniel Ortega.
