He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Lois Piazza. He is survived by: his father William Piazza; his wife Debra Piazza of Rhome; his daughters, Kristy Burney (Tito) of Iowa Park, Lacey Piazza of North Dakota and Kimberly Piazza of Justin; his stepsons, Casey Swaney of Wichita Falls and Nathaniel Swaney of Rhome; his grandchildren, Cayle, Cheyanne and Ava; and his siblings, Jeffrey Piazza, Tiffany Porter and Mary Patrice Davis.
