She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin James and Leta Jean Corbitt (Kemerer); and her husband Steven McMillan. She is survived by: her daughter Julie C. (David McDonald) of Abilene; her grandchildren, Aiden Connor McDonald, Jaxon Wayne McDonald of Abilene and Taylor Noelle McDonald of San Antonio; her son Joseph C. (Melissa McMillan) of Jacksonville; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Welch and Andrea Velasco; her great grandchildren, Mary L. Self and Waylon J. Welch; her siblings, Don, Steve Corbitt and Bonnie Blair; and her brother-in-law Joe McMillan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
The family requests no flowers but would be extremely pleased to have donations be made in Carolyn's name to the Breast Cancer Society , Wise Regional Medical Center or Feed The Need.
