He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Buddy" and Faye Byrd; and his brother Ricky Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Carol Byrd; his sons, Michael (Jondalyn) and Wesley Byrd (Desiree); his sister Cathy Goolsbee (Homer); and his grandchildren, Emily, Jackson, Avery, Mackenzie, Caroline and Shelby. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
