He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clifford and Ellen Fay Breeden; his wife Emma Lorraine Stovall; and his brothers, Ronnie Dee Breeden, James Earl "Rusty" Breeden, David Ray "Bud" Breeden and Larry Jay Breeden.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Ray Breeden (Patricia) of Refugio, Texas and James Breeden (Janet) of Albany, Texas; his nephew Rodger Breeden (Rose) of Woodsboro, Texas; his grandchildren, Brittany Breeden (Ryan) of Ingleside, Courtney Shelton (Colton) of Goliad, Kayla Herron (Colby) of Albany and Macie Breeden of Albany, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Olivia, Alexis and Nicolas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
