Ricky Williams Obituary
Ricky "Big Rick" Williams, age 55, of Red Oak, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013 in Dallas. He was born January 23, 1958 in Dallas to Emmett Claude and Linda Nelle (Broyles) Williams. Ricky went to Duncanville High School. He was a printer for many years then went to work as a truck driver for Texas Star Express. He was also an automotive mechanic.
If anyone had a problem with their car they brought it to Ricky. He married Toni Bradfield on January 28, 1988 in Lancaster. Ricky loved to fish. He had a lot of friends and was a loving, caring man. He loved his grandchildren and will be greatly missed. Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Toni Williams of Red Oak; three daughters, Dondi Cherry and husband Alan of Crowley, Emilie Mason and husband Jeff of Forney and Jennifer Williams of Waxahachie; two sons, Jason Williams of Palmer and Jonathan Williams of Red Oak; six grandchildren, Gabriel, Ariana, Mikayla, Kinsey, Kade and William; grandmother, Mattie Broyles and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for family and friends will be 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in the chapel of the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home. Graveside service and interment will be 2 PM Thursday, October 24, 2013 at the Red Oak Cemetery with Pastor Steve Oliver officiating.
