He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edwin Stallings and Eloree Stallings (Stephens); and his daughter Jennifer Morgan Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Lora Denise Stallings; his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Stallings; his brother Scott Stallings (Rachel Veliz Sanders); his sister-in-law Darlena Davis (Lane Chiles); his sister Betty Lee Golden; and his nieces and nephews, Brittney, Clint Orsak, Cody, Lindsey Davis, Jaymee, Ryan Lawhead, Marcie Veliz, Chelsie, Chad Szmuc, Courtney Stallings, Taylor Fritz, Brent Moreno and Jeremy Moreno. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oaks Church (777 S Interstate 35 E, Red Oak, TX 75154).
