He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Earl Parker and Cathey Eileen Smart. He is survived by: his wife Anna Bazan-Parker; his son Alex Bazan (Isabel); his grandson Aaron; and his sisters, Katie Bishop (Bryan) and Lisa Palla (Steven). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
