It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavada Zell Condo of Red Oak, Texas, who passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Condo; her parents, Dale Ratliff and Essie Zell Ratliff; and her brothers, Hack Ratliff and Ray Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Danielle Capehart (David), Joe Jr. and Valerie Wilson (Steve); her grandchildren, David Capehart (Johnna), Lesley Capehart, Stephanie Wilson-Dykes (Jody), Krystal Rigsby (James), Derek Dwilson (Stephanie), Clint Condo (Samantha) and Chelsea Raggio (Mike); her great grandchildren, Kalei, Jaycee, Kobe, Lowee, Averie, Blake, Madison, Maylee, Kaylin and Ethan; and her siblings, Mary Brumley and Danny Ratliff.
