He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Millican and Hazel Millican. He is survived by: his wife Judy Millican; his children, Jennifer Davis (Jack) and Brandon Millican (Sandy); his grandchildren, Jake Davis, Hunter Millican, Tanzleigh, Holden Millican, Garrett Davis and Zachary Davis; and his siblings, Paul Millican and Mary Nelson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (320 East Ovilla Road, Red Oak, TX 75154). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the DFW National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
