He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Elmore and Opal Elmore; his wife Sue; his siblings, Leroy, Harvey, Joyce, Larry and Jackie; and his daughters, Margaret, Marjorie and Misty.

He is survived by: his sons, Marlon Elmore (Deborah) and Marc Elmore (Brian); his grandsons, Jarrod, Jacob and Noah; and his siblings, Rebecca, Andra, Peggy, Nancy, Linda, Lonnie and Raymond.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Green Funeral Home (105 Vintage Dr, Waxahachie, TX 75154). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Red Oak (320 East Ovilla Road, Red Oak, TX 75154). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Red Oak Cemetery (599 S Central Blvd, Red Oak, TX 75154).
