It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmo Arceneaux of Raywood, Texas, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Broussard Arceneaux and Peter Arceneaux; his wife Mary Lee Durio Arceneaux; and his sisters, Gustavia Alfred, Vivian Bellard and Theresa Arceneaux.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Jones (Kenneth), Paula Ware (Roland) and Christopher Jones (Marlo); his grandchildren, Jessica, Xavier Jones, Zoie Ware, Arionna, Chris and Mary Jones; and his siblings, Gerald Arceneaux, Dena Arceneaux and Peggy Arceneaux-Childress. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
