He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Lee and Barbra Spear (Kieke) of Virginia; and his brothers, Roy Kieke and Curtis Spear. He is survived by: his close friend Missy Munro; his nieces, Stephanie Spear, Victoria Oerther of Harlingen and Elizabeth Oerther of Austin; his uncle Danny Spear (Nan) of Harlingen; and his cousins, Lisa Salazar (Kenny) of Harlingen, Brendon Spear (Brandi) of Austin and Frank Oerther (Alice) of McAllen. He is also survived by 2 sister-in-law and many extended family members and friends.
