He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel and Josefina; his brother Armando (Dominga); and his granddaughter Anya. He is survived by: his son Jaime (Nicole); his grandson Joaquin; his daughter Christina Garza-Brown (Travis); and his siblings, Robert (Matilde), Manuel, Jr. (Rosario), Abel, Javier (Yolanda) and Diana Rosas (Ray). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
