He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Crouch (Gilbert); his daughter Sue Kautz; and his grandson Craig Cruzan. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Holt of Hockley, TX, Barbara Raines-Evard of Leander, TX and John Crouch of Park City, UT. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
