He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hebert of Rayburn Country, Texas; his children, Brian Joseph Hebert of Rayburn Country, Michael Andrew Hebert of Austin, Texas, Luke Stephen Hebert (Gina Duong-Hebert) of Austin, Texas, Stacy Denise Hebert-Schoener (Kyle) and Christy Marie Hebert-Hutchins of Houston; and his sister Kathy Mingle (Terry) of Groves, Texas.
