He is survived by: his wife Patti Thomas; his daughters, Rachael Lee Warren and Rebekah Amber Moss (Jeremy); his granddaughter Clara June Moss; his brother Patrick Anthony Warren (Lou Ann); his sister-in-law Judy Warren; and his friends, Heaston and Valerie Gentry. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
