She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnce Pharr and Ruby Ray Pharr (Sagley); her husband John William Winn; her brothers, Ples Pharr, Gene Pharr and David Lee "Buster" Pharr; and her grandson Jordan Christopher Bond.
She is survived by: her great great grandchild Elva Louise; her daughter Donna Pelfrey; her sister Liz Berg (Doug); her grandchildren, Christy Bond (Gary) and John Browning; and her great grandchildren, Celsey Haight (Willie), Jon Bond and Amber Browning (Trey Krauss). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
