She is survived by: her husband Roger Nichols Sr.; her children, Roger Nichols Jr. (Tammy) of Ravenna and Stephanie Murray (Michael) of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Taylor Nichols, Ryan Murray, Natalie Nichols and Rylee Murray; her great grandchild River Cole Neal Murray; her siblings, Wayne Titsworth (Brenda), Faye Curtis and Ruth Reynolds (George); her siblings-in-law, Jesse Nichols and Tina Nichols; and her sisters, Kay Blain and Elba Knight. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
