He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pannell and Irene Jay Pannell; and his former wives, Eddie Carpenter Pannell and Peggy Echols Pannell. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Pannell of Ravenna; his siblings, Nancy Testerman, Margie Craft and David Pannell; his stepson Guy Dodson; and his stepgrandchildren, Lacy Dodson and Dillon Dodson.
