She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parmenter and Susan O'Donnell Hess; and her siblings, Martin Hess, Harry Hess, Eleanor Hoesli, Alma Maga, Agnes Toone, Bernadine Baltis and Betty Davis.
She is survived by: her children, John Lee Parker (Melinda Parker) of Concord, Mary P. Gibbs (Jimmy McGrew) of Terrell, Suzanne Bennett (Galen Bennett) of Ravenna, Eleanor Singleton (Les Singleton) of Jacksboro and Lee Anne Smith (Lewis Smith) of Decatur; and her grandchildren, Andrea Trout, Allison Gage, Austin Parker, Cassandra Bennett, Tamara Wood, Sarah Gibbs-Escobedo, Collin Singleton, Darcie Singleton, Travis Thomas and Paige Smith. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
