It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ellen Musick of Ratcliff, Texas, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oran Andrews and Catherine Andrews; her husband Billy Ray Musick; her mother-in-law Joyce Teal; and her brother Richard Andrews.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan (Elizabeth Musick) of Kennard, TX, Stephen Musick of Kennard, TX, Jessica Musick of Pollok, TX, Thomas Musick of Kennard, TX and Patrick Musick of Pollok, TX; her grandchildren, Colton, Cody, Kadence, Blakeley, Gunner and Emory; her siblings, Lily McAlister, Monica (Roger Parks), Junior (Sandra Andrews), Deborah Maness and Douglas Andrews; and her father-in-law James Musick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
