He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Polly and Juanita Watts Polly; his son Christopher Keith Polly; and his siblings, Dan Polly, Denver Polly and Joann Bates.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn Farmer of Randolph, TX; his sons, Brian Wesley Polly (Tracy) of Louisville, KY and Alvin Todd Polly of Randolph, TX; his siblings, Ben Polly (Gaynell) of South Carolina, Nathan Polly (Willi) of Mayking, KY and Vernita Sizemore (Clayton) of Onieda, KY; and his grandchildren, Julie, Cassandra, Zach, Lexi, Cory, Joey, Jeremy and Jessica. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
