He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Myra; his children, Jerry, Jr. (Rose), Lisa Nicholas, Lori Castro (Elias, Jr.) and Amber Millsapps; his brother Michael Millsapps; and his parents, Woodrow Millsapps and Myrtle Millsapps. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
