He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Barclay and Caroline Barclay; and his brother Dwayne. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his sons, Eric Christopher Barclay, Michael Blake Barclay and Matthew Paul Hille (Tammy); and his sister Janice Early. He is also survived by four grandchildren and multiple nieces, nephews and cousins.
