He was predeceased by: his parents, William Trafford Perry and Mae Bell Hopper; his children, Lisa Deibert, Jerry Wayne Perry and David Randall Perry; and his sisters, Freida Livingston and Wanda Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Helen J. Perry; his sons, Duane (Penny Deibert), Ricky (Ouida Deibert), Evan (Joleen Yeager), Kevin (Stephanie Deibert) and William E. Perry; his grandchildren, Cody (Emily Hart), Matthew (Jessica Deibert), Bobby (Elizabeth Eubanks), Andrew (Calleen Deibert), Brad (Brittney Pryor), Brandee Deibert, Victoria Ham (Yeager), Nathaniel Yeager, Christian (Chelsea Deibert), Daniel (Lace Deibert) and Katelyn Deibert; his great grandchildren, Brenna Leona, Bailey Hart, Harrison Deibert, Evelyn Deibert, Arden Deibert, Courtland Deibert, Cyhler Deibert, Brody Pryor, Koltyn Gant, Madisyn Pryor, Mayci Pryor, Audrey Ham, Zachary Ham, Sadie Deibert, Caiden Deibert, James Deibert and Elise Deibert; and his siblings, Virginia Hicks (Perry) and Trafford Perry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
