She was predeceased by: her brothers, Stanley Lefler, Voundy Lefler and Eugene Lefler. She is survived by: her husband Mike Stephens; her children, Jeremy Stephens (Juanita) of Lewisville, Texas and Shelly Pollard (Jeremy) of Tyler, Texas; her sister Walta Evans of Denton, Texas; and her grandchildren, Sarah Trocolli, Joseph Stephens, Jacob Stephens, Michael Trocolli, II and Jordyn Pollard. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

It's odd that I can't address her by 'Wanda' or another salutation; it seems disrespectful for me to refer to her in any other way. I know she has run into His light and is rejoicing in His presence. I firmly believe he is delighted to have her home. Although I am happy for her for gain and her wings, I still grieve for the loss of your wife and mother...and, of course, my friend. God bless you all.”
