He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Plocher of Quitman; his children, Jodi Cooper of Longview, Laura Short of Alba and Joshua Plocher of Mineola; and his siblings, Doy Plocher of Quitman and Nancy Hamilton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
