With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tom Martin of Quitman, Texas, born in Evadale, Texas, who passed away on June 23, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tom Martin to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Claude and Rose Bernice Martin; his former wife Barbara Martin; and his siblings, Jerry Martin, Bruce Martin and Dixie Heathman.

He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Bell (Mark) of Emory, TX; his wife Rhonda Martin of Sulphur Springs, TX; his sister Charlotte Woolems of Jasper, TX; his granddaughters, Stacy Kistler (Daniel) of Rockwall, TX and Jennifer Bell of Garland, TX; his great grandchildren, Emma Grace and Madelyn Belle Kistler; and his friend Tom.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to The Fire Fighters Foundation of Houston.
