She is survived by: her children, Steven Capps (Elizabeth), Jerry Capps (Lisa) and Devonna Garcia (Jose); her sisters, Noma Fae Allen and Linda Sue Piper; and her grandchildren, Trenton Capps, Jenna Capps, Spencer Capps, Dalton Capps (Ellington), Elyse, Mason, Aidan and Ava Garcia.
