Smith (Charlie); her children, Lori Smith (Kurt Pollow), Vickie Rathman (Grant), Elisha Ater (Mark), Cecil Smith and John Smith (Cathy); her siblings, Raymond Duncan (Sonny) and Doreen Duncan; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Duncan and Joann Razor (Kenneth). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
