He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Lee Lipscomb Sr. and Hazel Loveless Lipscomb. He is survived by: his sister Marsha Miller (Buddy) of Dallas; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Fairley (Gregg), Gregory Miller (Vanessa), Mary Kate, Hannah Fairley, Olivia and Ethan Miller.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Quitman City Cemetery (406 Sissy Spacek Dr, Quitman, TX 75783).
