He is survived by: his wife Daphney Ellsworth; his children, Heather, Amanda, Arianna, Michael and Steven; his grandchildren, Sierra, Savanna, Austin, Janea, Keiahna, Kaiden and Carter; and his sister Denise. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many friends.
