She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harbin of Washington and Alta Elizabeth Harbin (Harris); her daughter Glenda Gail Spain; and her siblings, Alta Mae Dobson and Bud Harbin.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Halbert; her son Robert Leonard Clinard, Jr.; her sister Alice Faye (Clarence Lee); her siblings-in-law, Olan, Lola Halbert and Dorothy Harbin; and her grandchildren, Robert Leonard Clinard, III, Erick Clinard, Shawn Mitchell Spain, Misty Fugate, Jacqueline Taylor and Destiny Nicole Jones. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and may other relatives and friends.
