It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Faye Tarbutton Hildebrand of Quitman, Texas, born in Emory, Texas, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Airs Tarbutton and Jessie Mae Tarbutton (Cooke); her husband Howard Hildebrand; her brother Arthur Airs Tarbutton Jr.; her daughter Linda Rojas; and her stepdaughter Doris Essmyer.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Lowery (Ronnie Lowery) of Quitman, Texas; her stepdaughter Joan Zobel of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Lauren Bushart (Richard Bushart) of Dallas, Texas, Lance Lowery of Sulphur Springs and Lisa Meentemeyer (Scott Meentemeyer) of Lucas, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Banks, Beau, Brynn Bushart, Mason (Bailey Lowery), Morgan Lowery, Maggie Lowery, Luke Odom, Grace Meentemeyer and John Meentemeyer.
