He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sullivan and Iva Waggoner Sullivan; and his son Lance Shepard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Sullivan; his children, Aaron Sullivan, Karen Adkins, Bonnie Shepard, Kim Mainor and Brandy Phillips; and his siblings, Jim Sullivan, Mike Sullivan, Connie Juel, Debbie Hanson and Eighteen. He is also survived by Eighteen Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
