She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph David Cook Jr. "Joe"; her parents, Garland Carrington and Frances Carrington (Proctor); and her daughter Lory Ann Cook Myers. She is survived by: her son Chris Forrester; her grandchildren, Keeley Myers, Steven Cook (Casey), Branden Gamm, Jaycee McCoy and Kolbee Forrester; her great grandchild Mary Kay Cook; and her grandchildren, Braydan, Davie Rae and Teagan Gamm. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
